We Were Babies
A Ping Pong Poem
stepping out that place
we endeavoured scree slope
on loan script
rewritten
small beer hombre sincero
sensitive side the infinite question
we were babies among the builders
unalloyed formula wretches
lost square fields unto us
brief notes high weather
graduates follow factory closures

I wrote this “fragment” poem about two
months ago. I came across it again recently and decided it was a Ping Pong Poem.
This is a clever, entertaining ping-pong of a poem!
